Director of Client Services
“Get busy living or get busy dying” – Andy Dufresne
What do you do at Guardian Pharmacy of Wisconsin?
I support our facilities and their families by fulfilling a unique role here at the pharmacy. As the Director of Client Services, you’ll have had a chance to connect with me through our various flu shot clinics, medication administration teaching classes, medication cart inspections, the occasional med cart repair and various conferences and expo’s.
What is your background?
I am a lifelong Wisconsin resident and before joining Guardian Pharmacy, served in the Army as a Czech linguist as a translator/interpreter and telephone switchboard operator. After leaving the service, I completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing; Hospital Nursing Management. I want everyone who is supported by Guardian Pharmacy to feel supported and listened too. Excellent customer service is the key to building a strong and successful facility and resident patient outcomes.
What are the values that drive you?
I am driven to provide exceptional patient care and customer service through the strong relationships built by listening to and meeting our resident and facility needs. I like to think my fun and unique sense of humor has additionally contributed towards our success in building and maintaining the strong relationships we have in place and for those, we are yet to develop.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
When not working, I enjoy traveling, fishing, woodworking, cooking, and the New York Times Sunday crossword puzzle.
