Through our insurance optimizer program, we proactively identify non-covered medications when prescribed and work with your resident’s doctors and insurance companies to determine a covered option in order to keep costs low and eliminate surprise billing along with resident and staff frustration.
Items that have been returned and that can be restocked will be credited to the applicable account. Items that may be credited are limited to items that have not been used, opened, visibly tampered with, or adulterated.
Guardian Pharmacy of Wisconsin respects and acknowledges residents who have served our country and have access to veterans’ benefits. We provide a streamlined repackaging service that allows a veteran to obtain the medication through the VA and then be repackaged by our pharmacy to provide safe medication administration at the community.
