Stacy Lamp, Pharm.D.

Senior Consultant Pharmacist

I strive to make sure all the facilities we service and consult with feel confident in our ability to support them and their residents. I believe as a pharmacy we are the lifeline and communication between facilities/residents and providers, and this is a responsibility I do not take lightly. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two very active sons.

Jackie Sebald, Pharm.D.

Director of Pharmacy Operations

I am responsible for our pharmacy’s overall day-to-day operations. I have the privilege of working closely with community staff and residents outside the pharmacy as well as with my pharmacy staff internally. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. We love to go camping, swimming, hiking, and anything else you can do outdoors.

Danielle Zalnis, CPhT

Vice President, Operations

We have a unique privilege to help care for residents who may not be able to advocate or care for themselves. Being able to help families navigate the system and put their minds at ease is one of the most rewarding feelings. While not at work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, local restaurants, biking, and kayaking.

I am responsible for the billing department and business office. I work to ensure that the financial aspects of the company are managed – both day to day processes and long-term business goals. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three dogs, searching for treasures at antique malls, and bragging about my grown son.

Kenzie Wickman, Pharm.D.

I am responsible for our pharmacy’s overall day-to-day operations. This includes focusing on the process to make certain all medications are properly filled and delivered on time. When not at work, I enjoy time spent with friends and family, my three puppies and traveling.

Mike Flint, RPh

President

It is our privilege to take care of those who cannot take care of themselves. It is an awesome responsibility. We try to make a difference every day. When not working, I enjoy being with my family, playing basketball, golf, landscaping, and reading history books. Save the Day!

Rich Hintz

Senior Account Manager

I have the opportunity to work closely with our clinical and operational staff to ensure a high-quality pharmacy experience is not only met but exceeded. Much like the art of Kintsugi, we can create something more unique, wonderful, and resilient. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, serving on the worship team at church and eating good food.

Director of Sales and Marketing

In my position with Guardian, I take great pride in building and growing trusting relationships with communities, facilities, homes, and the residents they serve. This means meeting the ever growing and changing medication needs as a long term care pharmacy. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, the outdoors, working out, and my 14 year old golden retriever.

Joel Ibeling

Controller

I oversee the pharmacy’s billing department to ensure all facilities and residents receive timely and accurate financial statements in addition to the yearly creation, review and discussion of the financial budgets and forecasts. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, mountain biking (NICA coach), volunteering as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, camping, and woodworking.
